Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, including all assembly hardware and instruction manuals to ensure safe transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, use our portal to schedule a professional courier pickup; for smaller decor, simply print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
