VL STUDIO Table/Floor Lamp
The VL Studio lamp was designed by architect Vilhelm Lauritzen in the 1940s for Radiohuset in Copenhagen. It is part of a larger collection of lamps created for the project, and was reintroduced in 2022. The lamp is made of polished brass and opaline glass, and is available in different sizes. It is versatile and adds a touch of modern elegance to any interior.
Light concept: The fixture emits a glare-free diffused light. The triple-layered opal glass provides a very comfortable light distribution and radiates a pleasantly delicate glow to the surroundings.
- Surface: Brushed brass with fine hairlines. White opal glass, glossy.
- Housing: Brushed brass.
- Glass: Mouth-blown, 3-layered opal glass, glossy.
- Please note that the brass surface is left untreated. This means that the surface will change over time and develop a patina.
- Cord length: 2.5 m.
- Cord type: White plastic with plug.
- Switch: Electronic dimmer on cable for regulation of light brightness (requires suitable light source). Glass can be unscrewed to change the light source. Can be positioned on the ground as floor lamp or as table lamp as required
