VL38 Floor Lamp
Based on the original VL38 table lamp from the 1930s, designed for the Radiohuset building, the VL38 floor lamp now features LED technology for energy efficiency. A white/brass version was relaunched in 2016, with an updated black edition released in 2017.
Light concept: The fixture emits downward directed light. The angle of the shade can be adjusted to optimize light distribution. The shade is painted white on the inside to ensure a soft comfortable light.

- Stem: brass. Cord length: 4 m.
- Switch: On cord with two dimming settings.
- Cord type: Black plastic.
- LED driver: external with plug. There is a timer function for automatic switch off that can be set to 4 hours or 8 hours. It is possible to set the lamp to turn on with a specific light level. Please note that the brass surface is left untreated. This means that the surface will change over time and develop a patina. The angle of the shade can be adjusted to optimise light distribution. The lamp is fitted with an integrated energy-saving LED light source.
